Yes, Automatic Handling ships to manufacturing customers and their production facilities throughout North and South America. Whether the need is associated with OEM systems and equipment, maintenance and service, or spare replacement parts you can count on AHI to keep your line production operating at peak performance.

Automatic Handling sells OEM and aftermarket replacement parts with varying lead times. You can reach our spare parts department by calling one of our spare parts team members or by emailing our spares team.

In addition, AHI offers a variety of maintenance services including performance evaluations, safety audits and service calls even if we did not originally manufacture your machine. To schedule a service consultation please call 734-847-2647 or email our team.

Yes, we recommend keeping a stock of commonly used wear parts on hand for unplanned maintenance needs as well as critical performance spares. Depending on your planned maintenance efforts, our team can work with you to ensure that your team has the right parts on hand to execute the maintenance work within their window. Automatic Handling does business with any manufacturing company or facility located in North or South America.

Although we design and build our equipment to our customer’s exacting specifications including the color the equipment is painted our default color scheme is orange and blue. If your semi-automatic or automatic equipment is painted orange and blue you likely have equipment manufactured by Automatic Handling. In the event you have any questions about your equipment or would like to discuss the replacement of critical wear parts, please give one of our Spares team members a call or email us anytime.

Absolutely, often an in-person appointment is the best opportunity to evaluate the performance of your equipment. Regardless of where you are in the development of your custom solution, Automatic Handling’s team has the expertise, background knowledge and proven track record in solution design, build and installation to get the your production operations performing at their optimal level.

Our consultative approach allows us to identify your needs and expectations from the project. From there you will work with your Project Manager to begin the development of your solution. During this development phase our Mechanical engineers will utilize the latest technology and 3D modeling to ensure that every detail about your project is considered.

Once a design is determined, your project works its way through fabrication and build as well as Electrical engineering. Our Controls engineers are best in class and we pride ourselves on living up to our name; when we say automatic, we mean everything.

During the build and testing phase, you will be involved through our Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) process. As your machine’s build cycle winds down, shipping and installation are coordinated. During the install, you can count on Automatic Handling’s expert team to provide training and outline the maintenance tasks that will help your machinery perform at its optimal level throughout its life. We will even provide a list of recommended critical spares to keep any unexpected downtime to a minimum.
