We own and oversee every aspect of your project from the design, manufacture, programming, installation, and start-up of your custom roll handling equipment. That means better outcomes for you. We do not outsource components of a project and hope they all come together upon delivery. We stand by what we build, and our process ensures we deliver on what we say we can do.
In addition to having the know-how to execute your project, our 140,000 square feet of state-of-the-art production space can easily support the fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing of your roll handling or roll wrapping machinery to ensure the solution meets your expectations.

Project Management
Once your project is approved, our talented project management team is assigned to oversee all aspects of your project's design, build, manufacture, programming, testing and delivery. Our customers count on us to drive results, maintain open communication and to remain as their primary point of contact throughout their project's lifecycle.
Mechanical Engineering
Our seasoned engineering team leverages SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling to design roll handling equipment that is easy to operate and maintain, which not only improves safety, but maximizes the longevity of your investment. The 3D, detailed renderings serve as visual guides in the operating and maintenance manuals, as well as training materials, making it easy for anyone to follow.
PLC Programming & Automation
Our controls engineers ensure that your equipment is programmed using the latest PLC technology to maintain our focus on safety and optimization. Our hardware is designed with high performance HMI's to improve operational productivity while reducing risk. In addition to addressing the PLC programming needs of our own equipment, our Controls Engineers can be called on to diagnose and resolve issues with any automated equipment you might have.
Custom Fabrication & Machining
Our state-of-the-art facility and flexible manufacturing process uses a quality-first approach, built for accountability and speed. Each of our shop work stations is equipped with network access and flat-screen monitors to allow clear communication of your project's scope and to allow our fabrication and machining team access to the most recent design renderings ensuring timely communications across our team.
In House Assembly & Panel Building
We do not design and build your roll handling equipment without assembling and testing it before we ship it. Our specialized skilled assemblers utilize our 3D technology to work within precise standards of accuracy and assurance. With a 30' bay and 10-ton cranes, we can build equipment of any size. Our professional panel builders are held to high technical standards for wiring safety, protection, and efficiency.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Our 50,000 sq ft of assembly space allows us the opportunity to thoroughly test your machine against its requirements while providing you the opportunity to see your machine in action. By performing our factory acceptance testing you can be certain that what you expect to receive is what you will get. This is just another way our approach makes all the difference for our customers.
Installation Teams
Once assembly and testing are complete, your project is ready to ship. AHI's Installation teams are fully equipped to install your machinery on-site. Taking advantage of this service ensures that your new equipment is installed to its designed specifications.
